Run to International standards of GMP for manufacturing … both in Hardware and software, the HALCYON facility stands out among its peers.

• The building has been constructed with RCC structure, which is plastered with cement and painted with water resistant paint from outside and oil paint from inside.
• All walls and ceilings have oil paint . Each wall has covings to the floor which is epoxy painted.
• The manufacturing areas have been designed to provide logical workflow. Storage tanks and water tanks are of adequate size .
• The reactors are closed systems installed in class 100,000 area. Adequate precautions to protect from particulate and microbial contamination are taken during handling of pure and final active ingredients.
• Air handling systems are designed to prevent cross contamination. As seen in the area plan eight separate AHUS are given for each area and the air shall be maintained as Class 100,000 with appropriate air locks and differential pressures.
• The manufacturing areas include facilities for changing clothes, washing areas with proper airlocks.
